So, I downloaded the PS, PCL and PCL6 driver packages from Xerox. So, I then decided to delete the printer and also remove the drivers installed from File > Server Properties > Drivers and then tried installing manually.

I've even tried doing them each separately to see if any one of them would work, but no luck. Come time to print a test page, I simply get the error "Test page failed to print." I tried installing all three versions of the driver: PS, PCL and PCL6. It discovers the printer over the network and installs fine. I tried installing via the Global Print Driver. I went to the Xerox website, got the drivers and so begins my nightmare. When I was told the employee can't print, I only then remembered I must have forgotten to put the print drivers back on. Not realising, I deleted the backed up drivers I took off the old install thinking everything was A-OK. Got all the necessary programs back on it but I forgot about the printer driver.

Everything went fine, reinstalled without any issues. I did a fresh install of the PC running XP as it was definitely needed and I was told to give it to a new employee we had coming in. We also have a Xerox Phaser 3635MFP setup on our network. we've got this PC which runs on Windows XP 32-bit in the office. Okay, so this might be a bit lengthy but bare with me.
